FAQ

Do I have to use a dealer for my brand?
For warranty work, yes — don't jeopardise a claim. Outside warranty, an independent who knows the brand is usually faster and often cheaper.

Do you have brand diagnostic equipment?
Confirm which systems you have — this is the question that separates a brand claim from a brand capability, and it belongs on every individual brand page too.

Can you get brand parts?
Yes for current models, and generally yes for older ones. Where something is genuinely unobtainable we'll say so upfront rather than starting a job we can't finish.

My motor is a brand you don't list. Will you look at it?
Almost certainly. Call and tell us what it is.
